About the Journal

In the "E" series of publications published by the University of Miskolc, a publication published by the Publications Universitatis Miskolcinensis, Sectio Juridica et Politica, edited by the Faculty of Law, is published since 1985. The series of publications is the ever-increasing publication forum of the faculty's instructors, researchers, domestic and foreign scientists in charge of the faculty. Separate monographs and thematic study volumes are also published in the series representing and documenting the results of the scientific work and workshop carried out in the Faculty. The series with at least one volume each year publishes studies in Hungarian and foreign languages (mainly English, German, French and Italian). We endeavor to include Hungarian-language studies in a more comprehensive foreign-language summary, helping to make our publications more accessible for the international academic community. We send our volumes to the most prestigious European and overseas libraries as well as the most important domestic university and academic libraries.
