The authors

do not pay or receive any fees for the publication;

• the electronic version of the publication is free to:
• download,
• print;
• can be uploaded to any other online platforms without changes.

 

The readers of the electronic version of the publications are free to:

• download,
• print them.

 

The publications must be cited in accordance with the citation standard when partial of full use occurs.
