Constitutional approach to social rigths as fundamental rights

Social rights is one of the most recent branches of the legal system. Regulations of social rights mainstreamed at the same time as the (first) industrial revolution, and became internationally recognized only during the middle of the last century. Bearing this in mind, the need for social care has been there with us since the dawn of civilisation. Social rights by now have become second generation (international) rights, although it is still up for debate whether, similarly to classic human rights, all citizens are universally entitled to them, or only the citizens of the country in question.
In this study, I am venturing to present social rights as well as their considerations from the perspective of constitutional rights from a theoretical and practical standpoint
