Abstract

The aim of this study is to point out the outstanding impact of the behavior of those in leadership roles by means of a secondary analysis of the results of a previous research. Behaviors exert their effects through various organizational phenomena, and we have learned a lot about their connection during research over the past decades. Now we looked for the answer to whether this more effective organization is really created as a result of a stronger culture (and through its indirect or direct results, such as - employee satisfaction, organizational culture dimensions, leadership role interpretation). After the COVID period, these organizational phenomena will be even more appreciated, which the management of the organizations need to deal with. I consider a weak culture to be one of the greatest enemies of performance and the basis of emigration.
