Remote monitoring and electronic telemonitoring in prisons

The use of computer tools in both criminal and prosecution cases is on the rise.
In the case of the use of an electronic telecommunication device, the procedural act is in fact carried out at two locations, at the designated or designated location of the procedural act, and in another room or place of residence of the person directly concerned by the teleconference.
The other part of my study is reintegration custody The essence of the institution can be summarized by the fact that the time prisoners are in reintegration custody counts in the custodial sentence and, if limited, the prisoners regain their liberty.
