The authors

• do not pay or receive any fees for the publication;
• the electronic version of the publication is free to:
  • download,
  • print; and
  • can be uploaded to any other online platforms without changes.

The readers of the electronic version of the publications are free to:

• download,
• print them.

Publications must be cited in accordance with the citation standards when partial or full use occurs.
