Environmental repsonsibility of the designer

Abstract

Today’s burning and unavoidable problem is environment pollution. We can boldly say that we are after the last moment: the Earth’s biosphere is becoming less and less suitable living place for living creatures. The audional and visual impulses are shocking us daily on the internet and on other media based sources, like the melting glacier of the North Pole, the disappearing species, the plastic that covers everything, the distruction of „The lungs of Earth” resulting more poisonous air, and we could make the list of catastrophes  so much longer. As a prospective engineer I am looking for the possible answers for solving these disastrous situations in design.
