Koincidencia elektronspektrométer rendszer fejlesztése új analizátor fokozat megépítésével

Abstract

The single pass CMA analyser of the electron spectrometer system of the Department of Physics – mainly because of its high scattered electron background – was the source of several experimental problems. Therefore we have completed this analyser with a smaller (suitable into our vacuum chamber) second pass one, which was planned and manufactured at the Department of Machine Tools. In this paper we present this new improved spectrometer system and the first measurements comparing these results to the previous ones. As we expected we got significant improvement in the measurement system.
