Nem szabályos csavarfelületek köszörülési lehetőségei
Abstract
The paper surveys the possibility of grinding non-exact helical surfaces. Mainly conical, globoid and helical surfaces having changing pitch are classified as non-exact helical surfaces in this study. The exact grinding of these types of helicoids with grinding wheels having surface of revolution is generally impossible so the paper introduces a new grinding technology and the suitable grinding machine. The applicability of the method has been proved by three case-studies. In the first a spiroid worm having cone-based surface, in the second a worm modified in radial and axial directions and in the third a rotor having changing pitch were analysed. The proper grinding method works along the full length of the worm in the same time with a grinding wheel having surface enveloped by the workpiece, where the transfer ratio of the kinematics is 1:1.
