MotoStudent project management Part 1

Abstract

The main goal for the MotoStudent race is that the teams have to build a proper prototype motorbike and race with it in October of 2020 in Aragón, Spain, against the other university teams from around the world. One of the authors is taking place in the management, which is really important in the first phases. The other author is the tutor of the team. The responsible of the management is trying to organize the meetings with as many people as possible and he's trying to solve the management tasks as good as he can. This article presents our work performed with the team till this moment.
