Abstract

This paper provides the evaluation of thermic treatment processes on the basis of the triangle-model. The new model enables us to analyse different technologies in a complex way and to set up a priority list with using to the most important questions. Nowadays the evaluation criterion of the model sums up the most relevant environmental impact categories. These are the energy efficiency, the economic and economical parameters. The numerical solution of the optimum search allows not only to make a priority list, but also to define the strong and weak points of a given technology. According to this processes the research and the development guidelines can be specified.
