Academic personnel on balance – the international examples of academic performance evaluation

The present study aims to give examples for the performance evaluation of different universities from abroad which may help the Hungarian universities to create their best practices. As we can observe different task and position structures in Hungary compared to the Western examples, this analysis aims only to call the general awareness on this issue. The distribution of the tasks along the educational, research and scientific organizational profiles works efficiently based on the given examples, but this is represented only at a limited level in the Hungarian system.
