Optimising ergonomic development at a manufacturing company

Abstract

During our investigations at the electronics manufacturing company, we encountered numerous ergonomic challenges, the resolution of which had a significant impact on productivity and employee well-being. The aim of our research is to collect and systematise the ergonomic improvements that have already been implemented and to identify opportunities for future development. Our ergonomic recommendations are intended to assist similar companies in the ergonomic design and implementation of manufacturing processes, thereby increasing efficiency and employee satisfaction. This approach not only increases productivity, but also contributes to the health and well-being of employees, resulting in long-term sustainability and success.
