Új fázisok kialakulása grafittal adalékolt Si3N4 kerámia kompozitokban

Abstract

Nowadays the development of structural ceramics will carried out using secondary phases, making composites. In case of Si₃N₄ ceramics the most often used secondary phase is the SiC for improving mechanical behaviour, especially for high-temperature tribological applications. In this publication the material structure of C added Si₃N₄ ceramic composite will be discussed. The main goal of the research work is to analyse the chemical reactions during processing, focusing on new in-situ forming SiC and other phases.
