Új fázisok kialakulása grafittal adalékolt Si3N4 kerámia kompozitokban
Abstract
Nowadays the development of structural ceramics will carried out using secondary phases, making composites. In case of Si3N4 ceramics the most often used secondary phase is the SiC for improving mechanical behaviour, especially for high-temperature tribological applications. In this publication the material structure of C added Si3N4 ceramic composite will be discussed. The main goal of the research work is to analyse the chemical reactions during processing, focusing on new in-situ forming SiC and other phases.
