Abstract

Customer satisfaction has key importance in every company and product quality plays essential role in it. Product quality is basically influenced by quality of row materials so it is influenced by suppliers. We have to face with several problematic parts in case of ten thousands row materials. This often causes shortages in capacity. In these situations we cannot inspect everything in the same time, that is why we have to set up a priority order. This is the responsibility of quality engineers. It is a hard and complicated task because the engineers have to consider many factors like the value of the open orders, strategic role of the affected products, capacity demand, complication of the parts, supplier background, lead time and many other facts. The aim of this paper is to examine this problem and find a possible solution.
