Abstract

We introduce the mathematical modelling of spiroid worm surface in universal occurrence. We worked out a spiroid worm gear drive from which 3 dimensional model can be prepared, then based on the virtual model using Rapid Prototyping method we prepared the physical model of the worm shaft for our following production geometric research work.
