Analysis of the structure of human rsources using Markov chain

Abstract

Within the frame of the fourth industrial revolution manufacturing and service companies can transform their conventional processes into cyber-physical systems, where the applied Internet of Things technologies can accelerate the automation processes. This automation makes it necessary to change human resource management strategies. Within the frame of this article the author focuses on the analysis of the structure of human resources using Markov-chain model.
