Abstract

Within the frame of this article the analysis of an oil sump made of DuPont-developed Zytel® 70G35HSLRA4 BK267 composite using simulation methods is presented. A 3D model of the product created in Creo Parametric 2.0 modelling software is presented. Next, a simulation study of the injection moulding of the product using Moldex3D software is described. The analysis using finite element method is based on the application of Comsol and MARC Mentat software.
