Author Guidelines

Our journal publishes two regular issues annually, in July and December. The submission deadlines are April 15 and October 15.

The Editorial Board requests that authors submit manuscripts recommended for publication in the Miskolc Law Review in electronic format to the following address: mjsz@uni-miskolc.hu

We ask authors to list the following information on a separate page (in a separate file):

  • the full title of the article;
  • the type of article (optional);
  • author(s) name;
  • institutional affiliation (as the author wishes to be listed in the journal);
  • the author’s full contact information, including phone number and email address;
  • the author’s ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) (optional).

Authors are requested to submit a statement upon submission of the manuscript confirming that the manuscript has not been submitted to another publisher for publication and has not been previously published (in a substantially similar form). The Miskolci Jogi Szemle does not accept manuscripts that do not meet this requirement. The Journal use duble-blind peer-review process. Further details can be found in the journal’s publication ethics guidelines.

See the separate menu item for the author guidelines and editorial requirements.
