Information For Authors

Are you interested in publishing in this journal? We recommend that you review the "About the Journal" page to familiarize yourself with the journal’s publication policy, as well as the Author Guidelines. Authors must register with the journal where they wish to submit their article first; if you are already registered, simply log in and begin the 5-step process.

The Editorial Board requests that authors submit manuscripts proposed for publication in the Miskolc Law Review to the following email address: mjsz@uni-miskolc.hu

In particular, papers intended for publication must meet the following requirements:

• Where possible, URLs are provided.
• For the references listed in the bibliography (where available), the DOI number has also been included (in parentheses after the bibliographic information for each reference). We recommend using the following website to find DOI identifiers: https://doi.crossref.org/simpleTextQuery.
• The submitted file is in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word format.
• The submitted article has been anonymized.
• The submitted article must include the title in Hungarian and English, an abstract in both Hungarian and English, and 4–7 keywords in both languages.
• The text is set with single line spacing and a 12-point font size, and meets the required editing standards.
• The submitted manuscript has not been previously published and has not been reviewed by another journal (for further details, see the “Notes to the Editor” section).
• The text complies with the stylistic and bibliographic requirements set forth in the Author’s Guide.
