The basic purpose of conducting the research was to examine how the legal language appearing in the employer's written communication influences the employees' attitude. Under employment relationship rights and obligations may arise through the employer’s communication, thus it is extremely important that the receiving party understands the message properly. In addition, the emotional attitude the given message evokes in the employee can be of practical importance. Through empirical research, employees of a large company-sized organization answered questions on this topic.
