Technológia és jog, avagy a jogi tartalomszolgáltatás pár kulcsmozzanata a 30 éves Jogtár® évfordulója alkalmából

1993 augusztusában jelent meg a Jogtár®, Magyarország piacvezető jogi adatbázisa. A jogászi szakmában a számítástechnika először a joganyagok digitális tárolásának és hatékony kereshetőségégének megoldásában jelent meg. A Jogtár® évfordulója alkalmából bemutatom az információ tárolás és előhívás digitális fejlődésének főbb eseményeit. Megállapítható, hogy ez a terület az időközben megjelenő új technológiákat szinte azonnal adaptálta. A cél pedig egykoron és most is ugyanaz: minél nagyobb mennyiségű tárolt információból minél gyorsabban előhívni a releváns jogi információkat.
