Abstract

This paper explores the implementation of Agile methodologies in the automotive industry through a domain analysis based on a pilot questionnaire data. The study investigates the potential benefits and challenges of adopting Agile practices across various automotive departments. Insights were gathered from 44 automotive experts, representing diverse departmental perspectives. The research seeks to understand how agility can enhance operational efficiency, improve cross-functional collaboration, and mitigate risks inherent in the sector.
