Abstract

Human trafficking is a global problem. Human trafficking is based on prostitution and compulsory labour, which is the process of the defenceless individuals – potential injured person – of exploitation. Exploited individuals have no other opportunity, no other choice, they are forced to defer to the will of potential perpetrators. Their accomodation, circumstances of work, their treatment of them - most of instances - are inhuman. Inspite of that fact, they are attached to their exploiters, they cannot „work” without them.
