A comprehensive analysis of decent work in the national and EU legal text

Abstract

In our rapidly changing world, the development of technology and the emerging innovations are placing a strong emphasis on sustainable development - including decent work - in the socio-economic environment. In particular, we need to examine what is meant by decent work and how the expectations of decent work have changed and are changing in the domestic constitutional and labour law context, as well as in the EU legal context.
