The impact of organizational changes on the legal field in the local administration

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how the methods and results of reorganizations, changes affecting the legal work and efficiency of the local public administration, and what consequences they had on the task completion, especially with regard to decision-making. The study also analyses the impact of transformations on the individual level, and to what extent are these facts influencing the professional performance of the civil servants, compliance with the professional principles.
