Legal and aviation safety problems associated with the national airspace demand and the development of paragliding

Abstract

The article draws attention to problems with the use of national airspace and the associated erroneous case law. It provides an insight into the world of ever-evolving non-powered aircraft and makes proposals to eliminate the described safety factors in spite of the technological development of the Hungarian Armed Forces and the expected intensification of military activities (air and land shooting exercises, training flights). The article addresses a real problem, summarizes the views of experts and contributes to increasing aviation safety if its proposals to change the airspace request system are taken forward.
