The relationship between invalidity and breach of contract

Abstract

On the basis of the thesis outlined in the study, we can conclude that the institutions of invalidity and breach of contract, as important cases of illegality under private law, are related and interdependent, which sets important directions for theory, legislation and jurisprudence. It is not possible to treat these stages of the treaty isolated, but the importance of delimitations must also be taken into account by theory and judicial practice.
