Certain issues in connection with invalidity and ineffectiveness of asset management contracts

Abstract

The study addresses the issue of the validity and effectiveness of asset management contract of national assets. I will outline the issue of validity primarily along the grounds for invalidity, while I will examine effect of the contract under conditions and time clauses, the consent or approval of the third party and contracts aimed at concealing assets. Reasons for invalidity and ineffectiveness that cannot be taken into account are in principle either unrelated to the performance of the public task as the purpose of the asset management contract or due to other specificities of the asset management contract.
