Appearance of equity in the application of law, in particular administrative law

Abstract

In my study, I attempt to go around the legal institution of equity in the field of administrative law. First of all, I deal with the development of the interpretation of the concept of equity, as we can speak of a legal institution whose historical roots can be traced back to Roman law. In my study, I also considered it necessary to distinguish between equity and discretion. Last but not least, moving from theory to jurisprudence, I deal with the occurrences of equity in public law.
