Abstract

The post-World War I changes to the judicial organization are presented in connection with this finding. In addition, the study places strong emphasis on the respective role and functioning of regional courts of appeal within the Hungarian justice system. It gives an account of the judicial organization in such eras as the period immediately leading up to World War I and following World War I the Károlyi-regime and later on the Horthy-regime.
