Abstract

The aim of the study is to highlight which legal institutions have introduced due to Hungary's legal harmonization obligation into the criminal record system and which EU legal sources have been implemented into the Hungarian Criminal Record Act. The analysis focuses on the EU legal sources that will be adapted into the Hungarian legal framework by the amendment of 28 June 2022.
