Political and economical aspects of the Ukrainian crisis or the efficiency of the EU sanctions

Abstract

The present paper is dealing with the fundamental reasons of the Ukrainian crisis lasting for more than seven years. What were the starting points, what causes led to the present critical situation, is there any way to find a solution, is there any evident effect of the economic sanctions? Can the Ukrainian territorial integrity be restored or is the newly independent state going to be fall? These questions are investigated in the present paper.
