The aim of this study is to describe the reintegration, reintegration custody and compulsory pardon procedure. The essence of the reintegration custody is that the end of the prison sentence can be spent at home. It means the prisoners regain their freedom, but they are required to wear an ankle monitor. The publication contains informations about the reintegration custody, the prison overcrowding and the electroning monitoring, but the reader can also find de lege ferenda proposal on the regulation of the reintegration custody. Finally, the author formulates her dilemmas regarding the newly introduced compulsory pardon procedure.
