The issue of the place of work, with regard to the substantive and procedural issues of the usual place of work

Abstract

When the parties enter into a contract with each other, they usually decide where, when and how the contract is to be performed. From the point of view of labor law, therefore, the workplace is important in several respects, it also has substantive and procedural legal consequences. The study seeks to explore the ambiguity surrounding the exact meaning of the workplace, or more narrowly the usual place of work, with a view to both EU and foreign legislation. The aim of the research is to draw the attention of legislation and labor law to the discrepancies surrounding the issue.
