Abstract

The European Union - or it could be said the whole world - is facing several challenges and threats today, of which the authors of this study undertake to explore the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Hungarian and EU regulation and measures. Our main subject of study is the EU epidemiological measures, in relation to which the European recovery plan is presented. The study also covers the vaccination and, in this context, the immunity certificate in Hungary and the EU digital Covid certificate.
