Abstract

The study attempts a detailed analysis of one of the new grounds for dismissal introduced in the civil service in the context of termination of employment. The grounds for dismissal of the civil service were strongly fragmented by the Kttv, which entered into force on 1 March 2012, and the grounds for dismissal set out in the title also belong to this category. The rules on the employment status of the civil service were followed by the re-codification of the procedural law, and the study also analyzes the changes in the rules of procedure. With the reorganization of court proceedings, an institution that had been operating for several decades, the independent labor court, was abolished by the legislature.
