Regulatory questions of telework in Hungary before, during and after the pandemic

Abstract

The study reviews the current issues of telework regulation in Hungary. During the pandemic, the increased interest in telework was manifested from several directions: in addition to practical questions, many theoretical, legislative and employment policy and occupational health and safety problems also arose. After the repeal of the temporary rules created for the duration of the pandemic, the question of how the legislator should shape the rules of telework with regard to the increased number of employees employed in telework is strongly raised.
