Options for Alternative Dispute Resolution

Abstract

Both the economic actors and individuals have more and more options to choose from in all areas of life. There is no difference in the field of enforcement of their claims, as both mediation and arbitration, as well as conciliation proceedings, may be considered as an alternative to traditional litigation. We would like to make a brief comparison of these in our study, with a special focus on labor law disputes.
