Excerpts from the case law on the right to privacy in labour law

Abstract

The definition of the content of the right to privacy is subject to a number of interpretative questions and is protected by several branches of the domestic legal system. Legal protection is based on general clauses, the filling in of which is the task of case law. In this paper, we will try to outline some of the typical features of the practice of the right to privacy in the field of labour law.
