Outline on the protection of workers

Abstract

Today, the traditional institutions of labor law are increasingly unable to handle the situations created by new forms of organization of work. One of the most important areas to be resolved is the protection of persons who personally perform work for others. The study seeks an answer to the question of whether the protection system of labor law is suitable for members of a group with different legal statuses, or whether the tools of civil law should be used to resolve certain tensions. Behind this question lies the need to transform the whole structure of traditional labour law and the uncertainty of doing so.
