The article summarizes the process of developing the legal protection of natural resources. The author seeks to show how the 3 new types of companies created by the adoption of the Family Farms Act affect the text of the Act on Transactions of Agricultural and Forestry Land and how it affects the already established and pre-existing contracts of land turnover. The study separately analyzes the changes introduced in the Act on Transactions of Agricultural and Forestry Land and its implementing legislation, the unity of the changes and the interpretation of the legislation, and the future impact of the changes on the land use structure.
