Improving efficiency is a fundamental importance to labor market participants, the obvious means of which is to increase the work activity of the employee. To this end, we can find many attempts on the labour market, thanks to which solutions are sought to deal with the situation within the framework of classic labour law solutions or even beyond them. In the framework of this study, I examine the increasingly popular "four-day" working week question from the perspective of HR objectives and labour law frameworks.
