Abstract

The study examines the situation of the authors’ moral rights in the case of work made for hire. The need to regulate works created in an employment relationship arose in the 1950s and has been part of our current copyright law from the beginning. The Copyright Act regulates the situation of authors of works made for hire differently than the general in relation to the exercise of authors’ econimic rights and remuneration, but also in relation to the authors’ moral rights, taking into account the interests of the employee author and the employer.
