The first steps of the liability system of modern Hungarian civil law

Abstract

The development of Hungarian law has a long history, with extremely important milestones. Such a significant stage was the birth of the first Civil Code. The first major stage in this long process was a proposal, that, even in this form, is still one of the most important starting points for research in connection whit damages. Moreover, some of its legal solutions can be used for today’s problems as well. This legal study here is a tribute to the greats of the present and the past.
