The proliferation of teleworking has necessitated a rethinking of the legal framework, which has significantly expanded the former concept of teleworking. Under the new regulation, teleworking means not only working with a computer device, but also with any other means, and hybrid work can also be contracted for teleworking. A digital nomad has emerged as a special type of teleworkers who uses advanced digital technology to carry out his job independently, without a permanent place to work.
