2020. október 8-án került sor a "Straf- und bußgeldrechtliche Verantwortung von Unternehmen insbesondere im Kartell-, Datenschutz- und Bankenaufsichtsrecht de lege lata und de lege ferenda" (A vállalatok büntetőjogi és közigazgatási jogi felelőssége, különös tekintettel a kartelljog és az adatvédelmi jog területén de lege lata és de lege ferenda) című, az Alexander von Humboldt Alapítvány által támogatott "Zur Systematisierung der strafrechtlichen Verantwortung von und in Unternehmen" (Vállalkozások büntetőjogi felelősségének rendszerezése) című intézeti partnerségi projekt nyitórendezvényére, amely a Heidelbergi Egyetem és a Miskolci Egyetem Jogtudományi Karai közös szervezésében valósult meg. A Miskolci Jogi Szemle ezen különszáma a konferencián elhangzott előadások írásos és kiegészített változatát tartalmazza, amely az Alexander von Humboldt Alapítvány támogatásával a „Zur Systematisierung der strafrechtlichen Verantwortung von und in Unternehmen” (Vállalatok büntetőjogi felelősségének rendszerezése) című Humboldt Intézeti Partnerségi Projekt (2020-2023) keretében valósult meg.
