Abstract

The global economic crisis has hit the young people’s employment opportunities hardest and harder. The essential element of the problem-solving of our professional-methodological development goal: how can generations with different needs, compositions and endowments be motivated together so that the balance in the organization is sustainable? What are the communication strategies within which generational conflicts can be resolved? We seek answers to these questions in our study, reviewing a number of aspects and problems.
