Abstract

The study analyses which legal requirements shall be applied in labour lawsuits containing foreign elements. How the secondary law of the European Union and the procedural law regulations of the Hungarian state shall be understood when dealing with foreign elements. The article also investigates procedural law questions strongly connected to the determination of foreign law: absence of foreign law, incorrect determination of its content, legal problems arising in case of its negligence as well as the case-law establishment of reasonable time.
