Review of the Book of György Nádas and Tamás Prugberger with the Title of „Legal Consequences and Sanctions in Work-Related Legal Relationships”

Abstract

My review is about the book of György Nádas and Tamás Prugberger entitled „Legal Consequences and Sanctions in Work-Related Legal Relationships”. Therefore, while analysing the consequences of the breach of contract and liability for damages with a labour law focus, the book examines the agency agreement, the service agreement and the membership of a company. The authors point out those labour law rules which raise possible questions in connection, as well as which legal institutions of civil law they consider to be applicable in labour law despite the fact that the Labour Code does not explicitly mentions them.
